Building Chief Information Security Officer Office in the biggest bank in Indonesia really presented a great challenge. To reform & reshape information security on all bank wide & affected users including corporate users, partner & vendors were not easily done. It took some time, but with strong leadership, thankfully could be done. Now I’m involved in reforming & reshaping Information security on Telecommunication, which is also a different animal. With the new Personal Data Privacy Law, it is going to be very challenging to secure customer, business to business as well as employee data to comply with state regulation.
